Walla Walla Washington

Our whirlwind summer adventures continued two days after we got home from Cyndie's wedding, when we traveled west again (this time by car).  Our first stop was a location the girls LOVE to say, in its entirety - Walla Walla, Washington!

It's great because it's a mid-way break driving from Missoula to Portland, but also because it's a pretty fun little town.  We visited the many statues downtown, then headed to Jacobi's for dinner - we got to eat in the train car!
Then we headed over to Brights candy shop for some sweets.
So many things to choose from!
In addition to candy, they both also picked cotton-candy-ice-cream-sundaes.
Look at those tongues!

We also hit up the farmer's market in town, buying 20 pounds of Walla Walla sweet onions.
And also yummy peaches...
...and delicious raspberries.
As we drove out of town, we made sure to take plenty of stops to do our stretches.

And then we headed down the river to Portland!
